Ingredients:

3 oz. light rum
3 tbls coconut milk
3 tbls crushed pineapple

Preparation:

1. Place all ingredients into an electric blender with 2 cups of crushed ice. Blend at a high speed for a short length of time, usually 30-50 seconds.

2. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve with a straw.
