Chocolate Mousse (vegetarian)

Ingredients:

1¼ lbs silken tofu
¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Preparation:

1. In a blander, purée the tofu to a smooth paste. Add the melted chocolate and blend thouroughly.

2. Pour the mousse into six individual dessert bowls and chill.

Makes 6 servings.
